Benjamin Gruenstein is starting his own boutique law firm after 14 years at Cravath Swaine & Moore.
Gruenstein said he plans to continue his litigation, investigations and regulatory enforcement work while growing white collar criminal defense, trials and appeals. Clients will gain from the efficiency a small firm can afford, he said.
“Opening my own firm is something that’s been a dream of mine,” Gruenstein said in an interview. “From a client’s perspective, a boutique law firm can be a really great option to receive stellar legal representation in a more flexible manner.”
