David Ebby joined Cozen O’Connor as a shareholder in its international real estate group in Philadelphia, the firm announced Tuesday. His daughter, Bailey Ebby, joined the group as an associate.
David advises and represents lenders in construction and permanent lending, including leasehold financing and large multistate portfolio loans, the firm said. He also represents clients in real estate litigation, including workouts, foreclosures, landlord and tenant matters, and disputes involving brokerage commissions, partnerships, and agreements of sale.
