Kurt Konrad Lunkenheimer has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in the white collar defense and investigations group in Miami, the firm said Monday.
He previously served as a prosecutor with the US attorney’s office in the Southern District of Florida, where he prosecuted large-scale drug trafficking, white-collar fraud, and money laundering cases, according to Cozen.
Lunkenheimer also has experience defending corporate clients facing misbranding allegations, finance fraud, procurement fraud, and environmental crimes, said the firm.
