Atoussa Mahmoudpour has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in the North American corporate law group and will chair the Canadian life sciences and technology practice in Vancouver, B.C., the firm said Monday.
Mahmoudpour, who joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, has experience handling M&A transactions involving public and private enterprises in the health and wellness, telecommunications, mining, and communications sectors, according to Cozen O’Connor.
She has executed international transaction deals across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, said the firm.
