Frank Toddre, II joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in its global insurance department in Las Vegas, the firm announced Monday.
Toddre focuses his practice on bad faith insurance litigation, Section 1983 civil rights defense, insurance coverage litigation, personal injury defense, and appellate litigation. He works with catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, product and premises liability, civil rights litigation, municipal defense, business and commercial tort cases, and gaming contract cases, the firm said.
He joins from Lewis Brisbois.
