Cozen O’Connor Gains Six Construction Attorneys in Los Angeles

Construction attorney Marion T. Hack has joined Cozen O’Connor as a shareholder in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.

Hack will lead the Los Angeles-based construction team. She focuses on construction industry matters such as bidding disputes, contract negotiations and drafting, scheduling and delay issues, mechanics lien, and claims resolution at the state and federal level, according to Cozen O’Connor.

She is joined by members Michelle Rosenberg and Luke Nicholas Eaton as well as John H. Conrad as of counsel and Cindy J. Lee and Venessa Drake as associates.

The team joins from Troutman Pepper.
