Richard D. Kalson has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member of the construction law group in New York City, the firm said Tuesday.
Kalson manages transactions and disputes involving major public infrastructure projects, warehouse facilities, medical centers, industrial plants, commercial buildings, and residential developments, according to Cozen O’Connor.
He counsels and represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners, Cozen O’Connor said.
