Jerry H. Goldfeder and Kerry T. Cooperman will join Cozen O’Connor in the New York City office, effective Dec. 4, the firm said Wednesday.
Goldfeder, who has represented public officials and candidates, joins as senior counsel, according to Cozen. He will lead the new political law and compliance practice and will also be a part of the firm’s commercial litigation practice.
Cooperman joins the commercial litigation practice as a member. He will represent real estate owners and developers, cooperatives and condominiums, and other commercial enterprises in complex litigation and regulatory matters, said the firm. He will also join the nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations group.
The pair join from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.
