Christopher J. Rayl has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member with the public and project finance practice in Pittsburgh, the firm said Tuesday.
Rayl negotiates financings and refinancings on behalf of government, nonprofit, and private sector entities who are funding economic development projects, according to Cozen.
He joins from Eckert Seamans.
