Cozen O’Connor Brings on Labor and Employment Litigator Garraux

David Garraux joins Cozen O’Connor as a labor and employment practice shareholder, working out of the Pittsburgh office, the firm said Monday.

Garraux focuses his practice on workplace disputes involving a range of labor arbitrations and administrative agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board, according to Cozen.

He also advises on day-to-day employment issues, collaborating with in-house counsel and senior human resources professionals to develop and administer pragmatic, cost-effective solutions to challenging workplace situations, the firm said.

He joins from K&L Gates.
