Walter Foster has joined Cozen O’Connor’s Boston office as a shareholder in its national labor and employment department, the firm said Wednesday.
Foster has more than 30 years of trial and appellate experience in employment law, business litigation, municipal law, and pension law, according to the firm.
He manages jury trials and public hearings on behalf of employers that involve claims of sexual harassment, and a variety of types of discrimination, the firm said.
Foster joins the firm from Eckert Seamans.
