Charles A. Zdebski has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member of the utility and energy practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.
Zdebski focuses his practice on regulatory litigation and related civil litigation matters, representing clients in regulatory enforcements, investigations and proceedings, and appeals, according to Cozen O’Connor.
He joins from Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott.
