Eric W. Leonard has joined Cozen O’Connor as a shareholder and co-chair of the government contracts practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Leonard, a government contracts compliance attorney, will work on bid protests, contract disputes and termination litigation, False Claims Act actions, compliance issues related to mergers and acquisitions, and employment and labor issues, according to Cozen.
He joins from Wiley Rein.
