Michael A. Fernández has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member of its commercial litigation group in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Fernández has experience handling cross-border litigation. He represents clients in matters involving personal jurisdiction, choice of law, and other related issues, according to Cozen O’Connor.
He joins from Rivero Mestre LLP.
