Cozen Hires Southern California Prosecutor in White Collar Role

Brian Faerstein joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in its white collar defense and investigations practice in Santa Monica and Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Faerstein spent a decade as a federal prosecutor, most recently in the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. He directed complex, high-profile matters, including public corruption and civil rights, complex fraud and financial crimes, money laundering, environmental offenses, and other federal crimes, according to Cozen.
