Covington Taps HHS Lawyer Kristie Gurley as Health-Care Partner

Kristie Gurley joined Covington as a partner in its health-care practice and life sciences industry groups in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

She joins from the Department of Health and Human Services Office of General Counsel, where she advised health care reimbursement and pricing matters, the implementation of Inflation Reduction Act drug pricing reform programs, and the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program.
