Todd Itami has rejoined Covington & Burling as director of artificial intelligence and e-discovery solutions and as of counsel with the firm in Washington, the firm said Monday.
Itami will augment Covington’s e-discovery practice by integrating sophisticated AI and other technology tools into everyday legal practice, according to Covington.
He focuses his practice on the overlap of technology and the law, and has extensive experience advising leading global companies on the application of AI to legal and business issues, e-discovery, information governance, and strategic software development, the firm said.
