Covington Hires Indranil Mukerji as Patent Litigation Partner

Indranil Mukerji joined Covington as a partner in its patent litigation practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Mukerji handles both jury and bench trials involving nearly every aspect of computer hardware, software, and networking technology, the firm said. In addition to litigating in district courts throughout the US, he litigates at the International Trade Commission and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Steve Marshall also joined as of counsel.
