Cooley Taps White House Lawyer Raymond Tolentino as Partner

Raymond Tolentino joined Cooley as a partner in its commercial litigation practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Tolentino will represent clients in complex commercial cases, government-facing litigation and investigations, the firm said.

He previously was special assistant to the president and senior associate White House counsel until January 2025.
