Cooley Taps Lyndsey Kruzer as Employment Partner in Boston

Lyndsey Kruzer joined Cooley as a partner in its labor and employment practice and global litigation department in Boston, the firm announced Thursday.

Kruzer advises life sciences and tech companies, as well as private equity and venture capital firms, on employment matters. She handles employment counseling, litigation, and transactional issues, the firm said. She also defends clients against various employment claims and conducts internal investigations, drafts employment agreements and policies, and advises on corporate transactions and strategic investments, the firm said.
