Shashwat Tewary joined Cooley as a capital markets partner in Singapore, the firm announced Tuesday.
Tewary advises clients across industries on capital markets activities in India and Southeast Asia. His practice includes advising on IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, bond issuances, medium-term note programs, and liability management and restructuring exercises, the firm said.
He joins from Sidley Austin.
