Jaclyn Rabin has joined Cooley’s global fund formation practice group as a partner in the New York office, the firm said Monday.
Rabin will counsel private equity and venture capital clients on a broad range of fund formation matters, according to the firm.
She has advised on tens of billions of dollars in private fund formations across strategies—including venture capital, growth equity, middle market and buyout funds, as well as funds focusing on tech, healthcare, energy, and infrastructure, among other sectors.
