Mona Dajani joined Cooley LLP as a partner in its infrastructure, energy and real estate group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Dajani brings transactional experience advising on global energy and infrastructure projects, with a practice spanning project finance and development, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and tax equity. She represents sponsors, utilities, financial institutions, underwriters, private equity funds, infrastructure funds, investment banks, clean technology companies and sovereign wealth funds across conventional and clean energy assets, the firm said.
She joined from Baker Botts.
