Laura Stoffel joined Cooley as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital practice in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Stoffel serves clients across industries, including enterprise software and medtech as general corporate counsel. She advises on equity, debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions transactions, the firm said.
She joins from Gunderson Dettmer.
