Cooley Recruits Kirkland Partner Duo for Infrastructure Work

Kevin Donahue and Jacob Clark joined Cooley LLP as partners in its infrastructure, energy and real estate group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Donahue and Clark join from Kirkland & Ellis, where they were partners for just under four years. They advise sponsors, private equity firms, institutional investors, and sovereign wealth funds on real estate, financing and transactional matters underpinning large-scale data center and infrastructure development.
