Jenny Davies will join Cooley as a partner in its life sciences partnering and licensing practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.
Davies advises on complex, cross-border, and high-value licensing and collaboration deals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, the firm said.
She joins from Gowling WLG.
