Adam Bloom joined Cooley as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions group in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Thursday.
Bloom advises clients on various transactions, including private company exits, minority investments, joint ventures, UP-C initial public offerings, multi-entity structures, reorganizations, recapitalizations, spinouts, and carve-outs. He works with emerging companies, venture capitalists, and private equity firms, the firm said.
He joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
