Stephanie Hales joined Cooley as a partner in its global life sciences and healthcare regulatory practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Thursday.
Hales counsels clients across the life sciences industry on healthcare legislative, compliance and regulatory developments around coverage, reimbursement, market access and drug pricing. She advises pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, digital health and diagnostics companies on matters related to the Affordable Care Act, Inflation Reduction Act, Medicare and Medicaid programs, and the 340B Drug Pricing Program, the firm said.
She joins from Sidley Austin.
