Kristen Mathews joined Cooley as a partner in its global cyber, data, and privacy group and litigation department in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Mathews advises across the full spectrum of complex privacy and cybersecurity issues, including treatment of personal and experiential information about individuals, cybersecurity preparedness, and data breach incident response, the firm said.
She joins from Morrison & Foerster.
