Jeremy Morrison joined Cooley as an antitrust and competition partner in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Morrison advises clients on antitrust compliance, investigations, and mergers and acquisitions review before federal and state agencies, the firm said. He represents clients before the Justice Department, the Federal Trade Commission, and international tribunals, including the European Commission and Canadian Competition Bureau.
He joins from Jones Day.
