Cooley LLP has delayed the start date for its incoming class of new associates until next year.
The Silicon Valley-founded law firm with a client list that includes top tech companies laid off 150 attorneys and staff across its US offices late last year. The firm has now pushed back the start date for its newest class of first-year associates from November to January 2024, according to a source familiar with the situation.
Cooley declined to comment.
