Cooley Boosts DC Tech Regulation Group with Ex-Government Duo

Janet Kim and Sean Quinn joined Cooley as partners in its global litigation department in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.

Kim’s practice focuses on online safety and artificial intelligence regulatory defense for global technology companies, especially in the European Union and UK. Earlier in her career she served as associate counsel in the White House Counsel’s office and chief counsel for investigations for the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, the firm said.
