David Wang joined Cooley as chief innovation officer based in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Thursday.
Wang will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative strategies, technologies, and business processes that enhance and differentiate Cooley’s services, the firm said.
In his role, Wang will oversee the firm’s innovation department, working with the information services teams, firm leadership, and practice management on new and ongoing initiatives, Cooley said.
He joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he was also chief innovation officer.
