Yilin Xu joined Cooley as a capital markets partner in Beijing, the firm announced Tuesday.
Xu focuses on Hong Kong and US listings, public company compliance and governance work, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate matters, concentrating in the technology, life sciences, consumer electronics, and food-and-beverage industries, the firm said.
He joins from Skadden.
