Cooley Adds Three Partners to Communications Regulatory Practice

Tony Lin, Ronald Del Sesto, and Tamar Finn joined Cooley as partners in its global communications regulatory practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Lin advises satellite, spacetech, and communications companies on spectrum and licensing matters, the firm said. His practice encompasses terrestrial to space technology including radiofrequency sensing and geolocation, mission extension, synthetic aperture radar, hyperspectral and multispectral imaging, on-orbit transportation and deployment, weather forecasting, lunar activities, and orbital debris removal.

Del Sesto counsels technology companies on corporate, financial, regulatory, and cybersecurity issues. He advises clients on complex corporate transactions and investments, surveillance obligations under federal and state law, ...
