Sarah Hogan, Jenna Ventorino, and Stephen Abreu joined Cooley LLP as partners in its life sciences corporate partnering and licensing practice, the firm announced Monday.
Hogan and Ventorino joined Cooley’s Boston office from WilmerHale. They advise clients across the full life sciences life cycle on transformational deals that bring innovation to market, Cooley said.
Abreu joined the San Francisco office from Sidley Austin. He advises clients on transformational deals that bring innovation to market, the firm said.
