Cooley Adds Commercial Litigation, Class Action Partner Michaud

Teresa Michaud has joined Cooley as a partner in the commercial litigation and class action practices in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.

She has experience with consumer protection and privacy matters, and she advises companies on litigation avoidance practices, according to Cooley.

Michaud joins Cooley from Baker McKenzie, where she served on the global steering committee of the technology, media, and telecommunications industry group. She also co-chaired the firm’s North American class action practice group, said the firm.
