LAWYERS FOR former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James told a federal court today that the charges against them should be dropped because the prosecutor, Lindsey Halligan, isn’t lawfully allowed to be the interim US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Chris Strohm and Jimmy Jenkins report.
