Cole Schotz Gains Bankruptcy Lawyer Harris as Hackensack Member

Daniel J. Harris has joined Cole Schotz P.C. as a member in Hackensack, N.J., the firm said Monday.

Harris, who joins from Sills Cummis & Gross, focuses on corporate bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and distressed situations, according to Cole Schotz.

He represents debtors, creditors’ committees, noteholders, trade creditors, and strategic investors in Chapter 11 cases, Cole Schotz said.
