Gregory L. Arbogast has joined Cole Schotz P.C. as a member in the litigation department in Baltimore, the firm said Monday.
Arbogast advises companies and their executives on commercial litigation and corporate transactional matters, according to Cole Schotz.
He joins from Gebhardt & Smith.
