Joanna Nicholas joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its global financial markets team, the firm announced Monday.
Nicholas advises collateral managers, arrangers, and investors on new issue CLOs, resets, refinancings, warehouse facilities, and other complex financings, the firm said.
She joins from Mayer Brown.
