Cephas Sekhar has joined Clifford Chance as a corporate M&A partner in its Houston, Texas, office, the firm said Friday.
Sekhar represents companies in complex transactions, including strategic mergers, joint ventures, and cross-border matters, according to Clifford Chance.
He advises on the negotiation of partnership and LLC agreements, debt and equity offerings, and securities laws compliance, the firm said.
