Christopher Phillips-Hart rejoined Clifford Chance as a partner in its funds & investment management practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
Phillips-Hart returns after less than three years at K&L Gates in Boston, where he was elevated to partner in January. He advises sponsors on primary fundraisings and secondary transactions and capital solutions across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and specialty finance funds, Clifford Chance said.
