Vince Ferrito joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its private equity and restructuring and insolvency practices in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Ferrito advises on strategic commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, minority investments, divestitures, corporate governance matters, and other complex corporate transactions, the firm said. His work also includes representing buyers and sellers of sports franchises in various professional leagues such as the NFL, NHL, and MLS.
He joins from O’Melveny & Myers.
