Victoria Salem joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its global financial markets team in Houston, the firm announced May 12.
Salem advises on complex commercial and financing transactions on a global scale in energy and infrastructure, particularly in the business, commercial and financing aspects of LNG.
She joins from Cheniere Energy, where she was assistant general counsel for finance and tax, the firm said.
