Clifford Chance Hires David Feldman as Restructuring Partner

David Feldman joined Clifford Chance as a partner and co-leader of its global restructuring and insolvency practice, the firm announced Tuesday.

Feldman represents large credit funds, private equity firms, financial institutions, and companies in complex bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed asset and debt transactions. He will co-lead the global practice with Philip Hertz, the firm said.

He joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
