Clifford Chance Hires Bryan Luchs as Corporate M&A Partner

Bryan Luchs joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its corporate mergers and acquisitions practice, the firm announced Tuesday.

Luchs represents acquirers, targets, boards of directors, special committees, investors, and investment banks in complex domestic and cross-border deals. He advises on negotiated, unsolicited, public, and private transactions in the health-care and life sciences sector, the firm said.
