Clifford Chance Expands With Global Antitrust Partner Grenfell

Michael Grenfell will join Clifford Chance as a partner with the firm’s global antitrust group in London, the firm said Thursday.

Grenfell will focus on competition issues in the technology, financial services, consumer goods and healthcare sectors, according to Clifford Chance.

He has advised clients on issues that have included mergers, acquisitions, and competition enforcement and policy, and has led and managed complex investigations and prosecutions.
