Violetta Kokolus has joined Clifford Chance as a partner in the global tech group in the US, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kokolus has experience assessing tech considerations for public transactions and private investments across consumer products, data innovation, and healthcare, according to Clifford Chance.
She also advises on stand-alone intellectual property and data transactions with an emphasis on collaborations and commercial transactions, said the firm.
