Clifford Chance Adds White & Case’s Robert Chung as M&A Partner

Robert Chung joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its corporate mergers and acquisitions practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Chung advises corporations, boards of directors, special committees, financial sponsors, and other stakeholders on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He also represents investment banking firms as financial advisors in M&A deals across energy, infrastructure, media, technology, health care, life sciences, insurance, and retail, the firm said.
